2020 ACNA Annual Meeting via Zoom

Meeting will be held via Zoom this year due to COVID-19 restrictions. Please reach out to Dolly Boogdanian at doloresboogdanian@auduboncircle.org to receive a link to the meeting.

  • Election Announcement of Board of Directors - 3 seats open

Visit our “Become A Member” tab to join ACNA or to renew your membership! All current memberships expired on April 3, 2020. At this time we are only accepting renewals or enrollments online.

The membership fee for each voting member (resident owner, or tenant residing in AC for 12 or more consecutive months) is $20.  The membership fee for participating members (non-resident owners, tenants residing in AC for less than 12 consecutive months) is $20 for an individual, and $50 for an area business, institution or organization. 

An election to fill three seats on the Board will be held and votes will be collected from ACNA members. This election marks the first year in implementing the staggered terms for Board members approved at the annual meeting in 2019. Your membership must be renewed for the 2020-2021 year to be eligible to vote. Each member will receive a unique link via email from Qualtrics to submit a vote. The link can only be used once, your answers cannot be changed once submitted, and your vote is confidential. The deadline to vote is Tuesday June 23rd at 5:00 pm, and the election results will be presented at the meeting.

March 2020 Board Meeting

The March 2020 Board Meeting has been cancelled as a precautionary measure due to the corona virus. The board is instead holding a remote Zoom session for minor planning matters.

Note: The Annual Meeting typically hosted in April is currently on hold until further notice. Communication will be posted here and distributed to the membership via email once there are more details on the new date.
